hi, i have stamp 4 EUfam valid in ireland my question is: if i want move to another country in EU, is easy for take another stamp 4 in another country? or the same in ireland one big process? and i need my wife move on with me?

if you want to move to another EU country, EU national has to travel as well. EU national has to exercise EU treaty Rights in the new country and then the non-EU spouse can apply for a residence card.
Basically, if you move to another country, you start the whole process again from the begining.
