Spouse visa from uk.

Post by HASS786 » Fri May 11, 2012 10:07 pm

HI,
I am going to apply spouse visa on 1st june by person. I want to ask a question if somebody can help me.

my wife has bought a house which is freehold. means no mortgage. We will shift at 16 june. Legal procedure in process. currently we are paying 475 for our flat.

So ukba will consider it that we have no more to pay rent or mortgage from next month?

Or they will consider current situation when paying 475 monthly?

I am worried because our income is just 700£ monthly. but not getting public fund.

Plz guy reply i sombody has some idea.

Freehold does not mean no mortgage. Lots of people have freehold properties and have a mortgage.

Does the £700 per month include or excludes the £475 rent your wife is paying in rent?

She is self employed her last annual accounts shows she earning 700£. BUt in last 6 month she earn more then 1200 monthly. we can prove and it is shown in bank statements.

we pay 475 from our income and council tax 100. but from next month we dont have any rent or mortgage to pay because she will be the owner of a property.

In that case your outgoings will be less and that will help with your application

What does the tenancy agreement say?

You should really have started your own thread on this to avoid confusion.

It would be wise to get written permission from the Council as landlords.

Dear Hass,
I suppose the UKBA will look in to your current circumstances when applying for a visa. on the application where you provide the information about the current income of sponsor, you can provide 1200 as it has been the income over the past 6 months and that is what you will have to include with your application. I would suggest you to highlight your bank statements about those transactions and provide a brief information on the sides and also write a covering letter with your application in which you can explain your current situation and future plans. If possibe include any document which would show that you are going to move in to that property on 16th June.
Another suggestion i can make is to make the application on 16th June when you have moved into that property and you can show that your sponsor is the current owner.

Are you applying within UK or Outside UK?
Regards.
