1) I have appealed via a solicitor who is liaising with my HR to rectify that it was a mistake to issue wrong SOC code and job title on hearing day question -how much time do I have now before hearing date if my appeal has been lodged today .
question - how do I confirm with tribunal(it does not allow me to do so on number given to contact after lodging the appeal to amend changes) if my appeal is lodged apart from Solicitors confirmation.

2) Reapplication after appeal (as my PSW expired couple of months ago)
My question is can I apply for Tier 2 with new COS if under section3C my PSW status is extended as I have appealed. Has any one done so if yes please let me know how to go about.

3) also as the solicitor is charging a heavy fee of 225GBP per hour
question - does any one know is it me to pay the fees or the HR who made this mistake.
