My wife was given a spousal visa in Nov 2011 and she came into the UK in Dec 2011. We are living togethere with my parents & since March 2012 she has been working.
I know we need to apply for ILR in Dec 2013. Is there anything that I need to do or special processes that I need to follow or documents that I need. Just getting her the spousal visa was very very stressful and I want to avoid as much stress as possible.
