APPEAL- REVIEW

It is called review and not appeal.
For review there is a prescribed form and metod is mentioned in the refusal letter.This board should not be used for such a simle qureies.
Rather you should mention the basis of not awarding points claimed and seek advice regarding your proposed groungs of review.

Even my application was refused. I applied from US. I did not get any points for experience even though I have worked for MNC here in US. Even I would like to know I to appeal.

Hi Abhijeet,

With no disrespect to you or the roles you've been on till date, working in MNC doesn't necessarily mean that you are at graduate level role !! What do your reference letters state ?? Do they mention clearly your main responsibilities at the post held ??
