Job search for non HSMP candidates

All,

I have around 7+ yrs of experience in both manual and automated testing.
I am trying a job in UK market and like to know the possibility of finding a job without HSMP or WP.
I am also an ISEB certified. Is it possible that an employer would probabaly sponsor an WP for me.

What is the percentage chance of this getting into reality.

Very little to be honest .....but possible.....you can try your luck...chances are very very very less..

It's not at all impossible, and it totally depends on demand for your skills. I know people who got job offers before actually getting HSMP.

I think in IT if you have worked for a top company like Microsot, Oracle, Sun, Google etc then your chances are good

I was from Oracle India and I got an offer in a UK company while sitting in India.
