HSMP refusal

I have been awarded 0 points for my experience although I have work on a graduate level. The reason they stated is that the evidence provided by your company did not provide duties and responsibilities for your post as a Project Manager, which we consider would necessarily require you to have a UK degree or equalivanlent. I did provide experience certificat/ job description but that is accepted.
And secondly in earning critieria I have been given 0 points. I applied within UK and my stay here in the UK is for full time education. I provided salary slips of 2003 because in the end of 2003 I came to the UK. There objection was that your degrees did not show your mode of study and the attendance requirements.

This is a little bit strange that now, tehy are asking THE ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT ?.

is it simply mean FT/PT or they area asking real attendance such as how many hours per Week, etc ?. If they are asking as such I think it could be difficult as I think the school will not issue such kind of letter. They only issue degree certificate and Transcript.
