Help me out plzzz???
I have Tier 1 Visa which expires on 30 May 2012 .
Current am not in UK , I doing a job outside UK
Am not getting leave to go to UK
what shall i do to extend my visa
As my job is outside of UK , can i show my foreign earnings as proof while applying for extension
please help me out . time is very less for me

to get you started, here are some points:
to extend your visa you will have to apply from within UK.
you will need to have maintained 900£ over last 90 days before application.
you cannot apply uplift ratio on your overseas earnings. you will need to simply convert your foreign currency earnings to GBP.
now read the Tier1 policy guidance and run the points calculator to see where you stand

what shall i do for dates
My visa is expiring on 30 may and i cannot go to UK
will they allow me after 30 may 2012

will they allow me to enter in UK till my last day of Visa
will they create any problem

I have read about many people in this forum who entered UK just before their T1 visa expiry, solely to apply for extension. You just have to tell immigration officer that you are entering to apply for extension and look for jobs while you are here. you should be fine

You will need to convince them that you intend on applying for an extension that day. Have you ever entered the UK using your tier 1 visa?
Unless you have an appointment to apply in person on or before your visa expires you will need to apply by post which takes on average 3 months at the moment. Can you leave your job for that long?

To whom shall i approach for extensions UKBA , Home office ?
Can i apply through post from India
Can i take an appointment now

no you can't apply by post from India. You have to be in the UK.
You can try to get an appointment but you are unlikely to get one before 30th may.
Look on ukba website under tier 1 general.

you cannot apply by post from India.
it is near impossible to get a peo appointment before your visa expiry date, unless you want to try your luck with immigration consultants who promise such appointment in exchange for hefty fees.

People already answered this on earlier Post. I will say it again one more time. NO

You can take appointment now but it would be hard to get anything before your expiry date as currently all the appointments are booked till 27th june. You can try your luck though, you might get someone's cancelled appointment. But the chances are very low. You left it too late to decide on this. Good Luck anyway.
