Dependent parent visa for uk

Post by dont123 » Fri May 18, 2012 7:30 pm

Hi,

My Mum is 62 year old and and my Dad is 65 year old.
Parents live in separate countries. They both got visit visa granted 2 time.
First time they visited but second time they did not come.

Me and my wife both working in professional jobs.We can afford them.

Q1. Can they apply for dependent visa. And which UKBA Form we need to fill? and which visa we need to apply?

Q2. Will Mum age be a issue? because I heard it must be 65 or over.

Q3.Will their second time not coming to UK will raise any issue for getting new visa?

Thanx

Do they have any income of their own? Are they living (albeit separately) solely on your financial benevolence for which you have proof of regular remittances, and inhabit circumstances that could be described as of an extreme compassionate nature?

If not, then forget it.
