Parents are on ILR and baby born in UK,
In MN1 form on page under Present nationality what should we write as our baby has just UK birth certificate ??
Will it be parents current nationality ?

Not having a passport doesn't mean he doesnt have a nationality. For most nationalities, children inherit their parents nationality.

Write his preseent nationality which is most likely his parents ones.

Many thanks Jambo
One more question ,along with application which documents need to be posted

1.Father's current and old passport
2.Father's ILR Biometric card
3.Child's Full birth Certificate

Do we need to send any mother's document ?

Cheers

One parent proof of ILR is enough.

There is no need for father's old passport. With the new BRP, you may not need to send the current passport. But I suggest you contact the HO for advice if the passport is still needed if sending the BRP.
