Which form to use for Depandent ILR

Post by viren2k7 » Sun May 20, 2012 9:45 pm

Hello Friends

I am applying for ILR for self and two depandents. What i am getting confused with is

(1) Do i need to fill 3 SET-O forms for each of us OR
(2) Do i just fill 1 SET-O form with the details of all three of us in that OR
(3) Is their any other form for Depandents ILR even when they are applying by the main applicant

My in person appointment is next week so early replies much appreciated

Regards
Neeraj

Read the form SET (O) carefully. It will tell you clearly what to do.

viren2k7: you only need 1 SET(O) form for all 3 of you.

But if your child is over 18 then he/she needs his/her own form.
