Crime And Imprisonment regulated By Court Not The Police

Post by seasayoub » Mon May 21, 2012 4:23 pm

If a person is to go to jail it's infact determined by the law court not the police, and if a warrant is given to a police for arrest, the Irish minister for justice should in fact advise his police to give a copy to the accuse and show them rather than boasting in the community they reside.

There was a time 3-4 years ago when a £980.00 fine for littering in waterford was handed down to an immigrant, and the order of that court in a civil order as implied that in a tabula rasa that, unless the person concerned does not make an effort to pay the fine, then he/she has to serve 45 days imprisonment, the garda will never listened to such interpretation they vow with their ego in taken such person to prison but saved by the prison governor who asked the person that, did he has the money and he said yes, and he said pay and go home, otherwise the Garda would make him serve that 45 days arbitrarily.
