How long it takes to get the reply from Upper Tribunal

Hi All,
I had a court hearing in Upper Tribunal during the first week of March 2012. It was regarding article 8 claim. We were informed by judge that we would get a decision in 2-3 weeks. Its almost 11 weeks now but we haven't heard anything from the court. My representative haven't heard anything either.

I have tried contacting court but no decision has been made yet. Is it normal ? If no, can I do something about this ?

Looking forward to your suggestion.

Hi,
I rang court again today was told that judge has requested another court hearing as the first one partial. Has it happened before ?
