Courier(from Mumbai, India)

Hi Friends,
I am facing a problem while trying to send the HSMP application+docs through courier from Mumbai, India.

I checked with DHL, FEDEX & UPS and they are not ready to accept a shipment addressed to PO Box address.

I'm trying to courier it to the following address:
Work Permits (UK) HSMP
PO Box 3975
Sheffield
S1 9BL

Please help me on this.....as to how did you managed it if you sent it from India? Which courier service did you use?
Or
Please let me know incase there is an alternative address(NON-PO Box) where I can send the courier.

I would appreciate for any help in this matter.

I also faced the same problem.

UPS in saudi Arabia did not accept it, they need telephone number. the guy here in ups was good and added this numbers
