Has anyone been asked to provide a TB test certificate when applying for UK Visa ?

As per latest notification from UKBA

Also does anyone know designated TB Centers in India suggested by UKBA where TB Test are done ?

I think this is applicable to entrants willing to stay for 6mnths or longer in the UK.
