Got tier1 under HSMP JR and left UK after Nov.2006

[HSMP(Tier1)]

Dear Friends,

Anyone is like me who left UK after Nov.2006 and got Tier1 by applying from out of UK and wish extesnion like me?

because who in UK under HSMP JR got extension by using FLR(Tier1) HSMP but people like me, who left UK and got tier1 under HSMP JR for 4 years and now need extension and when contact UKBA they just say tier1 General form to use. and not considering about HSMP JR details

but as per HMSP JR clause 51 and 12 I may be in same level of those who did not left UK so FLR Tier1(HSMP) may be applicable,please anyone have experince of apply and got extension?

I already got answer from senior member about FLR(Tier1)HSMP to useforum but if anyone have latest experince specially HSMP and got tier1 (in category who left UK)
