waiting for refusal overturn or appeal hearing date

Post by shahidah » Fri May 25, 2012 2:27 am

hi guys,
in the acknowledgemnet letter from the tribunal place, they said that it will take around 19 wks until i get a date for the appeal hearing. is this how long it normally takes? how likely is it to win an oral appeal?

Hi. Im in the uk and my fiance is in india. Looks like we are about 2 weeks ahead of syma in our timeline. Deadline given for review is 20/09/12. Just hope they overturn decision soon and dont let it go to a full hearing.
