Hi

Lots and lots of heartiest congratulations on getting your ILR and thanks a lot for sharing your PEO experience on the forum.

Q How many P60's have you submitted ?

Q Have you also submitted the HMRC employment history ??

Q How many months of bank statements you've submitted ?

Q Was there any question asked by the CW regarding P60's or HMRC employment history stuff ?

I'll be very greatful to you if you kindly reply to my above questions thanking you in anticipation and waiting for your reply.

Good luck for your future.

Hi

The CW asked the following documents....

1. bank statements (3 months)
2. pay slip (3 months)
3. Current employer letter (NB; she didn't ask about previous employer letter)
4. Co habitation proof - tenancy agreement, HMRC letter, Gas bill, Voter poll card, Bank statement

She didn't asked about any question reg - P60 . She got my employment details from the system which she counter checked with me but she didn't look at the previous employer letter.

I didn't submit my P60 or HMRC employment history.

Hope this helps.

Hello Dhanyavisu,

First of all Congratulations for your ILR. I also got my ILR at Sheffield.

Wanted to check one thing with you.

What document did they gave you after granting you ILR ?

In my case, they just gave me a letter which says this document not to be considered a document for grant of ILR but also says ILR approved. Bit confused really.

On the passport they put a marking Leave superseeded by Biometric Permit .

Did they also put similar marking on your passport or did they gave you any additional letter ? Did they say by when you will get your Biometric Permit ?

Thanks :?

Hi

There's no need to be get confused mate.
On the passport they put a marking Leave superseeded by Biometric Permit .
This sentence means that your ILR is approved and your current leave is superseeded by your ILR Biometric Residence Permit.

In my case, they just gave me a letter which says this document not to be considered a document for grant of ILR but also says ILR approved. Bit confused really.

The above sentence means that the letter or the information leafleft issued to you is not considered a document for grant of ILR as you'll get a biometric residence permit for the proof of your grant of ILR not that piece of paper. I am just sharing my understanding here with you on the forum and to the best of my common sense it adds up in my mind.

Good luck for the future.

Hi

I was told by the CW that I'll be receiving the BRP in 7-10 days; the card will replace the vigette or stamps previously placed in the passport.

They didn't stamp or write in our passport reg - ILR approval. They gave a letter stating "BPR card will replace the vigette or stamps previously placed in the passport".

I believe The letter what they gave you is the ILR approval letter.

Hope this helps.
