Shall I need IELTS for extention as I have passed ACCA

Hi All, Can anybody guide me as I am applying for extention of Tier 1 General in November 2012. Shall I need IELTS (For english language) as I have passed ACCA and it gives 35 points for qualification. My old IELTS has expired. Please guide me thanks.
