when we contact home office also they are telling ur application is processing.

Try sending an email to AppointmentExceptions@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk. They have helped give some update to many applicants who did not receive a reply from UKBA helpline
Give them your case number, DOB, Biometric Centre location details,Application date along with your dependents details in the same format. The first thing they might reply back saying look at the website for processing times.
Read this post below, it may useful on how you should proceed
Response from UKBA. They usually reply back in a day or two.
