Urgent - Waiting time for visa after successful appeal

I got my appeal decision positively for Tier 2 (General) visa recently.

Can anyone tell me how long will it take to get the Residence permit/ visa by Home Office

They (HO) can take as long as they like, one of my friends won her appeal in January and she just receive extention two weeks ago, with only one months extention, and they told her that she cannot apply under her previous status, anyway she is eligible for ILR now and will be applying this week.
