ILR success at Liverpool PEO with biometric delays

Hi All,
My appointment was on 21st at 2 PM. Everything went OK but case worker told me that biometric system is slow and they can not see the results today. He assured me that everything else is OK and when he finally gets the results, he would approve the ILR.

Anyway, I got our passport back on 25th and BRP permits today.

Here is the list of document that I submitted.
set(o) form with photos
LIUK test for me and my wife
12 month salary slip and bank statements
Employer letter about business absence abroad.
