Hi Guys
reading from this forum I understand that caseworkers dont give points as per some standard they give there own judgement
I found that in some cases they give point may be not what you asked for
for example if you asked for 35 points they give you 25 points but in some cases they give 0
i dont understand why

I had asked for 35 thinking they would give 25 if I dont match there 35 points criteria on work exp.

but they gave 0

I have asked them now to review my case under graduate level
do any one know if they will review from graduate level instead of specialist level (the one whihc I Initially pointed in the application)

i have over 19 yrs of experinace out of which 8 yrs in saudia....4 yrs as specilist role senior engineer with present employer

have attached job description also but was not sign and stamped just print out...
may be they are not happy with that....
and two experinc certficates just on letter haed with sign and stamp...for my past employer
they gave me zero for experiance...
education claimed 25 got 25 and past earnings claimed 25 scored 25..total =50
now how to get claim....through review request...
pls advise

have got job from UK offer letter was also attached...

have you re applied?

I have asked them to review my case at graduate level exp.
I am not sure if they would do that or not.
I asked over the phone they said yes but until I dont get reply cant say
Any idea how long does review process takes?

why u didnt apply for 25 points based on experience
they will consider only letter head signed by employer detailed job description reference letter with start and end dates.

ur reference letters cover all these areas?

as i will get their letter i will file review request.
i claimed 35 due to 4 yrs of specilist experince.
