Hi Friends,

I want to send urgent treatment form..... bcoz i have a job offer.....

do i need to send any other supporting documents along with the urgent treatment form...

Please let me know urgently...

Hi Vishal,

You seem to be in a real hurry .... expecting an answer in less than 4 hours of posting your query :lol:

Fax the urgent treatment form and the job offer (which should ideally mention your date of joining). If you don't have one, ask your potential employer to issue one to you.
