application fee for Tier1 extension - 2 nd leave?

HI there,
need help i am currently on Tier1 general with a previoud valid HSMP approval letter. By mistake & advice of the solicitor , i did an early extension in 2010 and got shortfall of 4 month. i will be applying for an extension in november this year and just want to know what is my fee for extension?

according to the application clause in the guidsance notes for reduced fee, can the moderators please confirm if i have to pay 500 or the increased fee as per the new guidance from june?

The HSMP letter is valid for "only six months" from the date of issue. So, as on date, you no longer have a valid HSMP approval letter.
