ILR qualification period question

Post by naveedkamboh » Thu Jun 07, 2012 4:11 pm

Hi every one.

I am confused about my ILR period. Can any one suggest me please.

I got HSMP stamp on my passport on 23 Oct 2007 and I entered into UK on 8th Nov 2007.

My current visa is expiring on 27 Oct 2012.

My total living duration in the UK is 4 year 11 months and 20 days.

1) Can I apply for ILR on window at around 22nd Oct 2012?

My both children were born in the UK.

2) Can I apply for their Neuralization after gettin my ILR or do I need to apply for their ILR first and then apply for Neutralization.

Thanks

Hi Sushdmehta,

I already have been to the page, information there is ambiguous. As it tells me I need to complete 5 years but then it says you can apply 28 days before your visa expires.
