hello,
i am posting for the first time. me and my husband have to apply for ILR in nov 2012. i have 2 sons. one got indian passport. other just born before a month. I came to know that, i can skip their ILR and apply for british passport directly for my both sons which can save money. now i got 2 querries.

1. can i skip indian passport for my new born baby..

2. if i have to go to india in emergency before getting british passport of my new born , can he go to india without any passport...

1. To being with, read FAQs for ILR - WP/Tier 1/Tier 2/HSMP holders.
2. No.
