ILR enquiry - UK experience

I've currently extended by Tier 1 and I qualify for ILR in 2 years. I'm about to change jobs to work for a company that has an office in London (which is where I will be working from) but I believe the salary would be paid in from the Isle of Man. Is that classified as overseas earnings? Also can I claim 5 points for UK experience when I apply for ILR in 2 years? If not, can I still apply for ILR WITHOUT claiming the 5 points for UK experience? I would still have over 95 points...
