I have both Business Visa nad Tier1 Visa.

Hi,

I got my Tier1 Visa from 1st Jan, 2011 to 31st Dec, 2012. But I didnot come UK on Tier1 Visa. on 29th April, 2012... on a project requirement, I came to UK from my company on Business Visa. With Business Visa I can stay only till 25th June, 2012. I am required for the project till end of July. Can I stay in UK till end of Jluy on my Tier1 Visa.

Please point me to any agencies who can answer this Query. How should I approach the UKBA? What documents should I submit to use the Tier 1 Visa.

How can you have two visa at same time.

You made a mistake mate. You should have come on T-1
