Tier 1 for New born

my wife is due on july 20th , I have to travel to my brother wedding on august 30th.

I know I can travel without visa for my child but it will be hassle for me in india to make tier 1 depandent for my baby. Though i m just travelling for 2 weeks.

my queries are :
> Can i get my baby passport within one week of his/her birth
> How soon i can get my baby visa, can i book same day appointment without passport details and without baby born.

please answer my query i m bit concern i have to travel its urgnet..

1. Check with the embassy of the country that your child will be a citizen of.
2. Within 10 days of the decision on the application being made. If one needs to provide date of birth and passport number at the time of booking, then no.
