10.Covering letter by myself
11.My spouse payslips of last 3 months
12.My spouse bank statement of last 3 months
13.Bank statement of my account maintained with required funds in India
14.A reference letter from my company assuring that i work with them as a permanent employee
15.My Spouse UK driving license copy
16.My spouse UK NI card copy

HSMP closed in 2008.

Do you know when did the principle migrant (your spouse) apply for entry clearance as an economic migrant? Exact date please.

Joint application (migrant + dependant) from within UK when main migrant has been in the UK for >12 months) = 900 for self + 600 for each dependant.
Joint application (migrant + dependant) from within UK when main migrant has been in the UK for <12 months) = 900 for self + 1800 for each dependant.
Dependant application from outside UK (main migrant yet to arrive in UK or has been in the UK for <12 months) = 1800 for each dependent.
Dependant application from inside UK (main migrant has been in the UK for >12 months) = 600 of each dependent.

Looks like this detail updated in 2011. Is this same now?
