EMERGENCY

my father had a SEVERE HEART ATTACK today, i have to travel back home, but how i dont know.

my passport is with Home office and leave has already expired on the 20th May, if i withdraw my application and travel how will i return? my family is here in UK, wife and 3 daughters.

my 10 years ILR application is pending

Acknowledgement Letter 2/04/2012
Biometric Letter 11/05/2012
Biometric Given 14/05/2012
after that waiting



any suggestions plz

Sorry to hear that.
Can you get temporary passport to travel back home? But will that effect your 10 years ILR application?
