Tier 1 Dependant Tenancy Agrement and Phone Bills.

hello i am going to apply the tier 1 general dependant visa for my wife next month. She is in pakistan. I have permanent address of london but i am temporarily in plymouth for 6 months for job. Can i show the tenancy agrement of my plymouth house or it has to be of my london address. All my documents like bank statement , bills show the permanent address of london.

Secondly i use different pay as you go sims to call my wife most of which i have lost and i dont rember the numbers. What should i do to show the phone calls to my wife with the visa application??
