ILR 245 Days Out because of studying abroad

Hi,
I first enter Uk in Dec 07 and due for ILR in Nov 12. Total Days I am out from Uk is 245 of which 128 (78+50 Unapid) days are those I did my Master two semester from sweden which I started a month ago before HSMP approved. 45 days (Unpaid) I went back home to meet my parents. Both 128+45 days absence are in first year. 72 days are paid holidays spread in last 4 years. None of the days out are over 90 days. I am doing job from the last 4 years in UK.
Can somebody advise
1) whether the case worker consider the days out because of study purposes?
2) Whether I should go for ILR or not?
3) If yes then which docuemnts I should provide?

Do you have / can you get letter(s) from employer(s) to certify these absences as those when you were on annual paid leaves?

I have P60 of last four years and can also get the employment letters of current and previous job which mentioned the job time period. Does the letter must mentioned about the holidays date (both current and previous employer)?

Yes, the precise dates of exit from and entry into UK during the period(s) that you were on paid leave. Check the template given in one of the "sticky" topics.

If you can get the letter(s), then these 72 days should be disregarded thereby making the remaining absences (for personal reasons) under the 180 days limit (245-72).

Thanks For the very prompt reply. One things i just check that my one 17 days absence is also unpiad so total unpiad is over 180 i-e 190 will that be ok?

When caseworker discretion is involved, no one can tell you for sure if it is going to be okay.

If your total UNPAID is greater than 180 it can be risky you would benefit from showing as much proof as possible that you maintained ties with UK. E.g. utility bills, council tax, bank statement showing rent being paid etc.
