Tier 1 dependent from India - need your help

Dear Guru's,

I got my Tier 1 extension on 1st May 2012. and I am back to India for personal reason because my wife is pregnant.
Is that any possibility to apply Tier 1 dependent for my wife and child when I am available in India. And I am maintaining my bank minimum balance in Indian account. Is that acceptable.

Could you please suggest the way forward?
