TWES to Work permit

Hello guys,

Not sure, please advice.

Posting second time as got no feedback first time round.

If I apply for TWES then will the stay count towards my 10 year stay in UK as next year I will be applying for ILR under 10 year basis OR I would have to leave the country and that means no ILR.???

Also, Can I convert TWES to Work permit?
