Do we need to fill Your Total Score Boxes

Can u pls tell me if WE have to fill up the Score in the Your Score Boxes or it will be filled up by HO. Thanks.

This one is too funny . Hey, we all might ask you for consultation fee now !!

The answer is yes !! Doesn't it say "you score boxes" That is how you tell them what you are claiming.

If you look closely, the extreme right colum on the form says "HO use". Anything out of that is to be filled up by the applicant.
