psw visa holder/ graphic designer. Guidance please

Hi all. I have my psw visa permit till august 2013. I am searching for jobs in graphic/web design category. I am likely to receive offers under graphic designer/ web designer/creative art-worker or digital designer job role. In that case will I meet the code Graphic designers (3421) under the short listed jobs? I see various news from various posts and iam quite nervous. If I don't meet the short-listed job category will I still be eligible to apply tier 2 visa if my employer agrees for COS? How does this policy guidance work . ( I also heard shallow info that only graduate jobs will be sponsored ) Quite confused. Please help !

I have a diploma in 3d graphic designing but currently working as SEO in E-Marketing company
