ILR PEO appointment, few basic questions please

Dear Members,

I would like to know about few things which are basics, but want to make sure if i cover everything and do not worry in the end.

I got an HSMP for 2 years valid from 14th Sep 2007 and then extended to Tier1 (General) validity from 14th Sep 2009 to 14th Sep 2012.

I have come to this country almost 2.5 months after, which is 23rd Nov 2007. I know, I am eligbile because of the 90 days rules. I have to apply with a dependent (spouse),

While registering online, I come across with few questions and doubts, Please if anyone can confirm:-

1. I have registered my self on line, and now the option I should select should be Set(0). Please correct me if i am wrong.

2. It asks me then, the dependent and if I am applying premium service option. I selected one depended and selected premium service "Yes".

3. Now, I am presented with a screen,

a. I am available from. date

b. I am available until date

I am confused here, What date should i type in option a and option b.

Subtracting 28 days give me 17th of August which is Friday, or I wish to apply on 20 or 21. Please if anyone can guide me.?

4. I always get no appointments available. Can anyone please guide me, what is the best time to apply?

5. I was reading about Case ID? it was mentioned, i can find it in the invitation letter? Where did i get this letter from?

6. Last, should I wait to download form till august as they may be be changed till that time?

7. I need to download the Set(o) form,

You are right in selecting SET(O).

This is your availability date. If you want to book an appointment for 20 or 21 or 22 August. Try booking in at 12AM of 9 July 2012 OR 10 July 2012 respectively. This means midnight. The new appointments are released at this time. Also in From date and until date put 20 aug 2012, if you are filling on 9 July 2012 and 21 aug 2012 if you are filling on 10 july 2012.

I have already mentioned the best time i.e., midnight at 12.

5. I was reading about Case ID? it was mentioned, i can find it in the invitation letter? Where did i get this letter from?

This is generally given to postal applications for their Biometric appointment. So if you are planning to go to PEO for appointment of your ILR then you don't need this.

6. Last, should I wait to download form till august as they may be be changed till that time?

Yes. This is more sensable decision.

7. I need to download the Set(o) form,

Also, I need to do that after few days as you said. I will keep it posted.

And, with regard to point no 3: From and until date needs to be same i.e. if I want to select 21st, then both date should be 21st.?

Silly me, I was typing a date here from 21 August to 14th September:).
