New Immigration Rules for dependants and Life in the UK Test

Hi Gurus and moderators.

I have two enquiries I would be gratefuly if you kindly respond.

I am dependant of a settled person and have to apply for ILR in November 2011. My husband is jobeless for last few months. I am taking Life in the UK test on 2nd Aug.

1. Will this Life in the UK test be valid or I have to take new citizenship test recently aaounced by immigration minister?

2. Will new income requirement of £18600 apply in my case or not?

1. Life in the UK test will be valid. No new test will be required.

2. No
