what are the new policies that are going to be implement from 9th July
I could not understand these points
can anybody explain these in easier words ?

The first point is that you need to have a minimum income of £18,600 before tax. But more if you have children. It is £22,400 if you are a couple with one child, and more if you have more than 1 child.

Point 5 sates that elderly relatives will only be allowed to settle in the UK, if they need long term personal care, which can only be provided by a member of the family already in the uk.

Point number 6 oultines changes to family visit visas, and it says they will slowly be phased out altogether.

I hope that clarifies the points you did not understand.
