TOC - any diff. if Biometrics have been collected earlier ?

The TOC application has a question about whether biometrics were collected before and if so, details of the location and date.

Does that mean that biometrics will not need to be collected again i.e. that it will speed up the application processing ?

Anyone here who has applied for a TOC with biometrics submitted beforehand ?

Every application has similar questions.
Does not mean it will speed up or slow down the outcome. It will take as long as it takes.
