new immigration rule

Post by kipkip » Fri Jul 06, 2012 10:25 pm

Hi i have read throught the new immigration rule but am not clear about pple who applied for spouse visa and their two year ends after july 9th. my question is if by december 2012 my 2 year probationary period is over will i apply for leave to remain or I will have to extend my visa for another 3 years to make 5 years.
Who shall separate me from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? or even VISA REFUSAL?

The new rules won't affect you. You'll still apply for ILR.
