Tier2 iCT switch to tier 2 dependent

Hi,

I have tier 2 ICT dependent visa(issued from India), i am currently working here and my company is in process of getting letter of sponsorship for me, As i am looking forward to get Tier 2 general visa.

I know , I have to back to India for Entry Clearance. Now, as my wife is having Tier 2 ICT visa and once i got visa and if she wants to switch on my visa as a dependent

1) Should she have to go back India as well?
2) If yes, then can we apply to gather?
