I am applying for Tier 1 General Settlement on June 2013 and i got married & wife came to London on April 2012.

1. While applying for My settlement, which application form needs to be used for my wife?

2. is my going to get settlement in 2 years or 5 years, according to new rules?

3. Does my wife needs to maintain any bank balance in U.K ??? how much do i need to maintain & how many months

4.What documents needs to be provided for my wife from my side to prove we are living together ??

5. I wrote & passed my life in the U.K a bit early on January 2012. DO i need to retake in june 2013. can my wife take her test now?
