Tier 2 - getting married abroad

Hello all,

Greetings, I'm on Tier 2 Visa sponsored by my company. going for extension this month which is not a problem.

I'm getting married in India on October this year. I have searched around and also heard how the dependent visa works which left me in a confused state. here i'm seeking for your help.

Q1 - if I'm sponsored by my company and getting married,will the company sponsor the dependent visa for my wife ?

If my company sponsors the dependent, here are the list of questions i have got.

Q2 - what documents i would need to submit

Q3 - how this process works in abroad as i'm living in UK and applying for visa for my wife in chennai (while i'm there)? Do i have to apply or my company takes care of it?

Q3 - Do i have to maintain a bank balance

Q4 - any other advice which would be helpful in processing this.
