Hello.

For the salary receipt proof purposes, do I need to send them only a page for each which shows amounts paid in, or I need to send to send the whole statement for the same?

Please not that for the maintenance purposes I will be sending them a different account statement.

Send the whole statement for each month you are submitting.

Yeah definitely send hte whole thing.
What I've done in the past that the immigratio officer liked is that O put an arrow sticker bookmark thing you can get from Staples point out where the pay input is.
