please use points based calculator to find out if you can score 75 points(eventually 95) with below information nobody can advise you.

I knew, I'm Eligible from PBS, Just need suggestion if any additional documents required to show my second earning (apart from payslip and banks statement)

it depends on what is the source of income... if it is employment then payslip and bank statements will do...

if it is thorough self employment you will need other evidences as well. please refer to policy guidance for more details:
