University & Visa

I am the director of my company, I will be submitting my husbands paperwork work at the beginning of September.
I am however thinking of getting back into university this October, i will probably apply via clearing.
I wanted to know whether this will have any effect on my husband visa?
My director earnings will not be effected if i get into university, however the course will be funded via tuition loan.
