Tier1 Dependent visa rejected - new born in India

Hi all

My son's Tier1 dependent visa rejected.
They dint consider 2 pages birth certificate of kerala as original:(
How does the appeal process works out?How much time does it takes?

Hi,

Was the birth certificate submitted to BHC was issued by your local Muncipality and signed by your and signed by Registrar of Births & Deaths.

Hi,

Yes indeed.
It was issued by the Gram Panchayat here and signed by Registrar of Births & Deaths.
